Is international shipping available?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Australia. Please note that due to high postage costs tracking is not available for paper packs sent as letters, except on special request, for an additional fee. All other international orders sent as parcels include tracking.

*Update* Due to COVID19 shipping is currently not available to a very small number of destinations. If you accidentally place an order to a destination Australia Post is not currently shipping to your order, including postage, will be refunded. Please check the Australia Post website for the most up-to-date information if you are concerned.

Is Express shipping available?

Currently we only offer Express shipping to addresses in Australia. If you are located in Australia the options for Standard or Express shipping will appear during checkout, and you can select your preferred option. If you are located outside Australia and would like to make a special request for Express shipping please contact us via email hello@minaandmaud.com for a quote. Please note that international Express shipping prices start from AU$32 to New Zealand for small parcels.

Are you available to teach a workshop at my library/school/office?

Yes! I love teaching workshops and am available to teach in-person (subject to local COVID19 restrictions) throughout Victoria or online to groups of up to 25 people. Custom video lessons with activities are also available. Past workshops have been held at Watsonia, Eltham and Mornington Libraries. Examples of video content include activities for City of Greater Dandenong, and Glen Eira and Kingston Libraries. Contact me via email hello@minaandmaud.com for a quote and to check availability.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We are working hard to reduce our environmental impact. working with our suppliers to transition away from the use of plastic. Wherever possible we try to re-use packing materials so every parcel is a little different. These are our current packing/packaging materials:

Wax seal stamps in recyclable cardboard boxes
Wax beads and most paper packs in biodegradable & home compostable cellulose bags
Wax sticks in recyclable paper envelopes with responsible forestry certification
Parcels are sealed with biodegradable & compostable tape, with a natural rubber adhesive.
Parcels are wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper
Mailing boxes are made in Australia from 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard
Crinkle paper is compostable and recyclable

Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

Yes, it’s possible to order larger quantities for your business or special event.

Custom paper packs are available and make a particularly lovely gift. Just let us know your budget and the theme you would like the pack to reflect.
Custom wax seals are available for individuals or businesses, you will need to provide artwork that meets specifications. We are not able to provide design services.
A wider range of wax colours is available in bulk and custom colours may be possible with large orders.
